About Thomas

Thomas is pursuing his degree in Information Technology and has demonstrated a keen interest in IT support and solutions. His hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues makes him a valuable addition to our team. Over the summer, Thomas will work closely with our clients to ensure their IT systems run smoothly and efficiently.

What Thomas Will Be Doing

As a Level 1 Support Engineer, Thomas will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
