As the CEO of BMIT, a leading managed IT services company, Nick Salem is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the organization. With over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, Nick has a strong track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency through the use of technology.

Prior to joining BMIT, Nick served as the Director of IT at a large (20-million dollar annual) Non-profit agency, where he led a team of IT professionals in the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions for over 500 employees. He also previously held leadership roles at a number of technology startups, where he played a key role in driving growth and improving efficiency.

Nick is a strategic thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the IT industry. He is also a strong leader, with a proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams. Under his leadership, BMIT has become a trusted partner for businesses seeking to optimize their IT systems and improve their competitive edge.

In addition to his technical expertise, Nick is a strong communicator and skilled in building relationships with clients and partners. He is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and is committed to driving the success of BMIT into the future.

Elena is a service delivery manager with over 10 years of experience in the industry. She has a strong track record of successfully managing complex projects and ensuring that her teams deliver high-quality service to all of our clients.

Prior to her current role, Elena worked in various IT roles and project management positions, honing her skills in troubleshooting, team leadership, and client relationship management. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and is certified in Network Plus.

In her current role as a service delivery manager, Elena is responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals and coordinating with various departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the satisfaction of the client. She is known for her ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, and her team values her clear communication style and approachable demeanor.

Outside of work, Elena enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and participating in outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling.

Daniel was raised in Michigan and earned a degree in marketing from the University of Michigan-Flint. As a child, he had a strong interest in computers and decided to pursue this passion as a career after the onset of the COVID pandemic. He now resides in Boston with his dog, Znuni, and enjoys participating in outdoor activities such as hiking and exploring the city's various restaurants and events.

Erich Shafer is a Service Delivery Technician with over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. He is highly skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for both hardware and software.

Erich holds a Bachelor's degree in communication and has numerous certifications, including A+ and Network+. He is highly organized and has excellent problem-solving skills, which allow him to quickly identify and fix issues for his clients.

In his current role, Erich is responsible for providing technical support to end users and assisting with the maintenance and repair of computer systems and networks. He is known for his patient and friendly demeanor, which makes him a valuable asset to his team and a go-to resource for his clients.

Outside of work, Erich enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing video games, and tinkering with new technology.

Nicole Cormier is a highly skilled and creative web designer with over 10+ years of experience in the industry. She holds a Certificate in Graphic Design and has a strong background in user experience (UX) design and front-end development.

Nicole has a passion for creating visually stunning and user-friendly websites that meet the needs of her clients. She is an expert in various design and development tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and HTML/CSS, specializing in WordPress and Shopify. She is constantly learning and staying up-to-date on the latest web design trends and best practices.

In her current role, Nicole is responsible for working with our clients to understand their design needs and creating custom website designs that align with their brand and objectives. She is known for her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to bring creative ideas to life.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys traveling, exploring new art and design trends, and spending time with her family and friends.

Highly motivated, hard working college student that is working toward a bachelors degree in Computer Science and a minor in Business Administration.

A college student at Carnegie Mellon University, majoring in Information Systems with a passion for technology implementation, eager to apply academic knowledge to real-world projects
